Comfortable base for trip. Nice welcome from owner. Unbeatable and great setting, close enough to El Cabanyal, restaurants and the beach, the city centre, food outlets and transport links. Btw, located in a great area.

The location here was wonderful, super close to the beach, and it had everything we needed, the host was really helpful providing great tips.

The Family Artpartment in Valencia was absolutely stunning. The apartment had a true Valencian feel and was located in a friendly neighborhood with both locals and a few tourists. It had everything we needed, especially since we were traveling with young kids. The host, Ela, was wonderful and always available to help. The apartment was close to the beach, supermarkets, and public transport, making it convenient for exploring the city. I highly recommend this apartment for a fantastic stay in Valencia.

That the apartment was a bit cold during our stay in January, but that was due to unusual weather conditions. However, it would have been great to have an additional means of warming besides just the air conditioning.

Stayed here with my kids, everything was perfect. Having kitchenette was fabulous. The bed was comfortable; perfect sleep. All the staff were very nice.

Spacious and cozy apartment with old-style decorations and a LOVELY inner patio. Perfect for families, with plenty of children's devices and toys. The neighborhood is beautiful with neat houses and palm trees. Quick and easy access to the beach. The owner is responsive, accommodating, and provides useful tips. A pleasant stay and beautiful memories made.

We had a wonderful time at this apartment! the host was incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even better. the location was great, just a short walk from the beach and close to various attractions. the apartment itself was spacious and had a charming patio area where we could relax in the evenings. the apartment had all the necessary amenities for families, from high chairs to toilet seats, making it very convenient.

Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer.
